After Apple Watch received an updated version of the operating system lately, the wearable internet gadget has improved functionality. Users can glance at what’s in their mail box on the face of the watch itself. If users have standard pre-written responses stored on their email service they can access them.
They can also use the voice feature to dictate and schedule the watch to receive notifications. As the Apple Watch integrates with everyday lifestyles Microsoft Outlook too has attempted to get onto the app store.
Acompli mobile app
However, Outlook’s journey to the App Store has been by chance. This is because in early 2015, Outlook could be morphed to match both iOS as well as Android OS. The acquisition of clever mobile app called Acompli led to the ability to offer Outlook on different platforms. Acompli had reinvented email, tweaking it for use on mobiles.
The user experience of Outlook on these platforms retains the flavor of the original Acompli email apps themselves. Therefore, users will have to content with a rebranded Acompli service, rather than a pure Microsoft product.
